Guild Shop

Guys, I realized that most of you want to help out the guild towards our city and get your Elite Membership.
I'm thinking of a way to help you guys out to do so.

I talked to several people about Chamber Merchant in Luo Yang, regading opening a shop.
it is less popular way of selling compare to peddling.
BUT I noticed that more people go there more often now.

Since we can buy a partnership shop. meaning, more than 1 person are able to manage the shop,
I'm thinking of opening the shop for our guild.
so that people can donate items/ pet to be sell for our CITY funds.

the breakdown are very confusing if you read the manual from "Fusheng Chiao"
I've managed to got insight into understanding it. lol (took me 2 hours to understand it......

right now the commercial index is 67%
and for 1 slot shop it will cost us ~42g.
2 slot ~42*2
3 slot ~42*3
and so on and so forth.
we're able to have 10 slots at the max.
there is also daily fee that will be taken at midnight, but it is currently negligeble.
when the commercial index is 100% it might not be negligeble anymore. (I'm not sure about this)
and when the commercial index is 100% it will cost more to buy the slots.
from what I know, commercial index is like discounts.
100% = we pay full price. when it falls below 100% we get discounted price.
65% = 35% discounts. that's how I see it.

so, my question would be how about we open this shop as a guild, so that guildies can sell items in there without worrying of opening two accounts, allowing the other to peddle?
it is going to cost a lot to open 5/6 slots, will it worth to sacrifice our guild city funds and hoping the shop will turned out well and actually giving a steady income for our guild and ourselves?

well i guess this might cost us a little to make but really if we are going to make this then plz set up the amount that each one of us should share so in other word if we can make another poll about who can pay for it and who can't so we can keep our shop open we must have the money always ready. well keep it going guys .Great Work Wit a Great guild

the guild has already bought the city.
we have no need to collect gold anymore.
the only kind of donation appreciated for the guild would be helping each other out.
and doing guild quest to build our city.
