Do Expansiveness Quest and National Defense for you guys who are lvl 40+ for those who are below, Right now, can do any quest if you want to contribute. otherwise level up! after we have 60 Expansiveness we'll start constructing our Gov. that's when you guys need to do Construction Quest.
