Introduction to Pharmacy
Pharmacy is used to make medicines. These medicines will provide great healing, often instantaneously. Such medicines are advantageous because they allow the player to heal during battle. This skill is important to all who normally use medicines.
Learning Pharmacy
Player may learn pharmacy by talking to Pharmacist Zhang (138,164) in Luo Yang.
Recommended Skills
It is recommended that the following skills be learned starting from a low level.
Herbalism
By learning the skill Herbalism, the player will be able to supply his or herself with herbs as ingredients.
Pharmacology
This skill supports Pharmacy by increasing the chance of successfully making medicines.
Using Pharmacy Skills
To use the Pharmacy skill, the player should open the skill. Then, he or she must select the recipe they wish to use and click the "Produce" button. The player should make sure they have the required vigor and ingredients.
Recipes
To make different medicines, the player must learn other recipes. Players may buy these recipes from merchants, such as Budding Bai(135,164) in Luo Yang, or get them when killing monsters. Right click it in the inventory to learn it.
Leveling up Pharmacy
When the player's Pharmacy proficiency reaches the required limit, they can level up the skill. Go to the Pharmacy Master, Pharmacist Zhang at Luo Yang(138,164). Choose "Level up Cooking skill", then click "Learn". Leveling up the skills will require both gold and experience.
Proficiency
When learning a new life skill, it has a proficiency of 0. The proficiency will increase when doing more exercises. When it gets to the limit of the current level, practice will not add proficiency. When the player levels up, the maximum proficiency will increase again.
Pharmacy Materials and Products
Materials used in Pharmacy are mainly herbs collected from Herbalism. Pharmacy produces medicines for restoring HP or MP immediately and items enhancing skills.
